By using OTC OS you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English and will be tightened after legal review.

Not financial advice

OTC OS shows market data, safety checks and rankings. None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading coins is risky and you can lose everything you put in. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Data may be late or wrong

Numbers come from third parties and from the chain. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We show an "as of" time next to numbers so you can see how fresh they are. A safety check lists what it looked at and what it did not. "No issues found in these checks" is not a promise that something is safe.

No warranties

OTC OS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

Acceptable use

• No bots or scripts that strain the site, and no scraping that does.
• One account per person. No multi-accounting.
• No manipulating data, votes or prices, and no attacking or probing the site.
• No illegal use.

We may limit or remove access if these are broken.

Beta features may change

Features marked beta or experiment can change, reset or disappear without notice. Anything saved in a beta is not guaranteed to carry over.
