• Help is in the menu and the footer of every page, and there is a Help page.
• Known issues lists what is not working yet, what to do for now, and what was fixed lately.
• Error pages show a reference you can quote when you ask for help.
• An outside check watches the site every few minutes.

Earlier this month

• Phones: pasting an address no longer hits a false "Not found," the header is one row, and Coins, the coin page, and Desks fit above the fold.
• Desks: group saves are all-or-nothing, untracking a desk updates the group, a missing volume is not shown as 0, and a stale refresh says "stale."
• Freshness: payout rounds sync every minute, and the stale label is clearer.
• Disclaimer: every page carries a short "not financial advice" line.
• Accessibility and speed: keyboard and screen-reader fixes, and tap targets are at least 44 px.
