Short answers for the questions the console is built to answer. None of these is a recommendation. None of them predicts a result.
How holder payouts work
OTC's keeper pays holder rewards. OTC OS reads what was paid. OTC OS does not hold, route, or release those funds.
The keeper pays a wallet that already has a token account for the reward coin. A wallet without one is skipped. That share goes to the other holders. It is not owed later. Source: on-chain, as of 2026-10-17.
Fees are funded first and paid when a round runs, not on each trade. The launcher's recorded round threshold is 0.1 SOL. If OTC's site or keeper is down, rounds wait. OTC site status is /console/live/otc-status.
The canonical figure, "SOL paid to holders of a coin in a window," sums OTC's itemised payout feed over a half-open UTC window, values each row with that hour's SOL price, and skips rows with no dollar value. The as-of time is the newest payout included. It reports what the keeper sent.
The first-run strip does not show "Paid to holders." See What the numbers mean.
The launcher fee split recorded on 2026-10-02, from OTC's published revenue split, is 67.5% to reward-asset holders, 12.5% to the protocol, 10% to the desk pot, and 10% to buybacks. The creator share recorded for an OTC OS launch is 0%. OTC changes its split.
Why wasn't I paid?
Open /console/desks/why-not-paid and paste a wallet. The page reads that wallet only when you submit. It does not read on load.
For each OTC coin the wallet holds, and each reward coin, the result is one of: paid, under the holding threshold, no reward-coin account, a program-controlled address, no payout seen, or can't tell. Anything the console could not read is "can't tell," with what it does know.
Whether a holding threshold applies, and its size, is not published here. The check names the threshold it used and where it comes from. OTC's docs do not publish one. The desk guide's "no minimum" line is about collecting desk rewards. It is a different check.
The fix line for a missing reward-coin account, as of 2026-10-17: open the token account on otcdesks.cash (about 0.002 SOL rent). Later rounds can include the wallet. Earlier rounds are not paid later.
A program-controlled address with no reward account is described as a lock. The check says not to open reward accounts for that address.
The last payout the console can see, inside 7 days, is reported as paid, with the date. Older than that, or none on record, is "can't tell" once the wallet is above the threshold and the account exists.
What an OTC desk earns
See Desks. In one line: every desk gets the same share of a payout round, the stats bar names the window, and payback is the effective price divided by recent daily earnings. Past earnings are not a forecast. The product's note: "Estimate at recent earnings, not a guarantee."
How payback and APR are compared
- Open Desks and look at the listed desks.
- Payback and Est. APR at floor are on each listing. Both use the all-in price and recent earnings.
- The desk table can be sorted by Payback.
- Open the desk page for sales history and the as-of time.
- The numbers look backward. Earnings change and are not promised. The product's note: "Estimate at recent earnings, not a guarantee."

Ask answers a how-to question from these docs, or a data question from the same stored data the console shows, and lists its sources with an as-of time. The question box is off on the public site as of 2026-10-19. Where it is on, it is limited to operators.
How to read a safety result
- Open Safety and paste the mint or the wallet.
- Read the reasons and the list of what was not checked.
- "No issues found in these checks. That is not a guarantee."
Caution and Danger are labels on the checks that fired. They are not instructions.
How to look up a wallet
- Copy the address from a Live event, a desk holder row, or a coin holder row.
- Open Portfolio and paste it under Wallets.
- Read desks held, earnings, and OTC coins. Each figure has an as-of time.
- Star it to keep it. Until then it stays in the browser tab.
A transfer between two wallets controlled by the same person can look like a trade. The console does not show that distinction.
How buybacks and burns are shown
Buyback spend, the amount burned, and supply by window are on Overview. The Live feed has a Buybacks filter. "Reported by OTC" and "burned on chain" are both shown when both exist.
The first-run strip's burn figure is labelled "Burned by buybacks." It is the buyback wallet's all-time total, not a window, and not the supply drop. See What the numbers mean.
Follow a whale wallet
- Copy the address from a Live event or from a desk holder row.
- Open Portfolio, then Watchlist, and add the address as a followed wallet.
- The bell turns alerts on for that follow. Alerts use the same refresh as the page they come from.
- The wallet profile shows desks and activity, each with an as-of time.
A transfer between two wallets controlled by the same person can look like a trade. The console does not show that distinction.
How to check a coin
- Open Safety check and paste the mint.
- Read the reasons and the list of what was not checked.
- The coin page and Launch monitor show holder concentration, age, and opening activity, each with an as-of time.
- Caution and Danger name the checks that fired. "No issues found in these checks. That is not a guarantee."
