Something looks wrong

1. Open status. If something is down, it says so in plain words.
2. Open known issues. That page lists what is already known, what to do for now, and what was fixed in the last two weeks.
3. Reload once. The next stored refresh often clears a gap.
4. Still stuck? Use Send feedback in the menu. Name the page and what you expected.

The reference on an error

A failed page shows a short reference (letters and numbers, for example 7F3K9QX2). Quote it in the message. It finds the failure in the logs. A recovery phrase or a private key is not needed. The console does not ask for those.

What's new lists releases in plain words, newest first.

Is the data fresh?

See the FAQ. A stale label means the source is behind. It is not a browser fault.
