Official links
The only official OTC OS site is otcos.app. The footer also names @otcOSapp. Anything else is not this product unless it is in the list below. staging.otcos.app is a non-public host. It is not an official site.
The checker on Safety uses this list. Checked against that list on 2026-10-19.
On the list
- otcos.app — OTC OS.
- otcdesks.cash — the OTC protocol and its launcher. OTC OS does not run it.
- @otc_labs — OTC's X account.
- @otcdotcash — OTC's dev X account.
- @otcOSapp (temporarily unavailable) — OTC OS's official X account. To report something, use Send feedback in the app (bottom right).
- The
$OTCmint — shown in the app. This page does not paste it, so a copy here cannot go stale. - The desk collection address — shown on Desks for that deployment. This page does not paste it.
$OTCOS is not launched. Any $OTCOS address posted before this page lists one is not official. Vault addresses are not published.
Telegram and Discord are not on the list. None is published.
What a check answers
The check runs in the browser. The value you paste is not sent to the server.
- Official. It is on the list.
- Not in our registry. It is not on the list. That is not a finding either way. A near-match of an official name gets an extra warning.
- Known scam. It is on the deny list, from a confirmed report or from OTC's own warning.
What a signature is for
A signed plaintext message that starts with otcos:v1 covers claiming a Program. The text in the wallet prompt is what is checked. Claiming a Program is not offered on the public site.
Messages the console does not send
No one from OTC OS sends the first message on X, Telegram, Discord, or email. No one from OTC OS asks for a recovery phrase, a private key, or a wallet-verification signature. There is no support wallet to send funds to.
The console does not ask for a token approval or a delegation. Portfolio is watch only: paste an address.
